Technology Intern
As a Clark ESC Technology Intern, you will be representing the organization when interacting with other staff and visitors. Proper attire will be required which consists of: Business casual dress. Jeans will be acceptable as long as they are clean and contain no holes. Shirts will not contain any objectionable, derogatory or images that could be considered objectionable No open-toed shoes, sandals, flip-flops or Crocs. This is a safety as much as an appearance consideration.
Responsibilities
Assist Director of Technology in all aspects of Clark ESC technology needs Receive and inventory new equipment through use of existing applications and procedures Perform basic tier one tech support Maintain cleanliness and organization of technology shop Prepare equipment for distribution to staff by performing updates and needed software installation or removal Dependent on skill level, perform troubleshooting and repairs Some work may require climbing stairs or ladders Some activity may require work under desks and other furniture routing cables Communicate with the Director of Technology and other administrators and staff members
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Apple operating system(s) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps a plus Ability to work as a team or individually Attention to detail Punctuality Dependability Willing to learn new skills Ability to lift and/or carry 30lbs Ability to travel to other supported Clark ESC sites preferred
