Consider Clark County is an initiative of the Community Improvement Corp. of Clark County & the Greater Springfield Partnership, created with the primary goal of reversing the outflow of 30,494 Clark County residents that leave the county each day for work. The initiative is supported by many local organizations and employers as well as Ohio Means Jobs, YouScience, & others.
