Training Coordinator Intern
Must have reliable transportation for travel to different locations (McGregor has three local plants)
Responsibilities
1. Assist in Training Program Coordination: Support the Training Coordinator in scheduling and organizing training Auditing safety certifications and scheduling as needed 2. Administrative Support: Help in developing an electronic training structure for proper tracking Data entry for proper training record keeping Assist with updates to training material as needed 3. Communication and Coordination: Participate in the collaboration of various departments to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly. Communicate training schedules, updates, and announcements to relevant stakeholders. Provide timely reminders and follow-ups to participants regarding upcoming training events.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of training initiatives.
