Assist Director of Technology in all aspects of Clark ESC technology needs Receive and inventory new equipment through use of existing applications and procedures Perform basic tier one tech support Maintain cleanliness and organization of technology shop Prepare equipment for distribution to staff by performing updates and needed software installation or removal Dependent on skill level, perform troubleshooting and repairs Some work may require climbing stairs or ladders Some activity may require work under desks and other furniture routing cables Communicate with the Director of Technology and other administrators and staff members

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Apple operating system(s) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps a plus Ability to work as a team or individually Attention to detail Punctuality Dependability Willing to learn new skills Ability to lift and/or carry 30lbs Ability to travel to other supported Clark ESC sites preferred
