Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating during daily service Work alongside chefs to execute dishes with consistency and quality Participate in menu planning and development for events, tournaments, and special occasions Assist with ordering ingredients and understanding inventory management Support kitchen operations including prep, organization, and inventory Learn and apply proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen standards Help maintain cleanliness and efficiency across all kitchen areas

Currently pursuing or interested in a degree in culinary arts, hospitality, or a related field Must be in good academic standing Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast paced team environment Passion for food, creativity, and guest experience
