RESPONSIBILITIES

As a marketing intern at Chick-fil-A Springfield, your time will be spent developing CORE marketing skills, digital and technical skills, communication and creative skills, and enhancing your soft skills. This may include a variety of marketing related tasks such as developing a basic understanding of CFA specific marketing principles, social media management, content creation, event planning, and community engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

1) Upcoming High School Senior 2) Available to work 15 hrs/week to complete a minimum of 120 hrs during internship period 3) Teamwork and collaboration – comfort working with cross-functional teams 4) Adaptability – willingness to learn and try new tools or strategies 5) Time management – juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines 6) Analytical thinking – interpreting data to understand what’s working and what’s not 7) Curiosity and initiative – showing eagerness to explore trends and propose ideas
